LCA Certified and used for Amendment + extension can it be used for Extension

My Company has raised Amendment plus Extension last year along with LCA, LCA was approved for 3 years and Visa was approved for 1 Year only.

In the original LCA for basis for the visa classification supported by this application it was selected as Amended petition.

Now, Can my company use the same LCA to process my extension for the same location, same role and there is no change. Please confirm.

Well, you maybe able to do it. But, your H1B will be issued until the end of LCA only. So, in general, the practice is that you get a new LCA for 3 years, so that you can get H1B for full 3 years… Discus with your attorney and then make a decision.
