Latest i94 not available

Hi,

To protect my L1 status & override the Change of status effect I visited India on Sept 29 2016, while the H1B application status was ‘pending (i.e case was received)’. I came back to US within 2 weeks on my L1 visa. After i come back, within 3 days H1b got approved too. Now when i look at the i94(for my last visit), CBP site still showing 2015 India visit i94.

H1B approval notice not yet received. Do this can be a problem, where my H1B COS will get trigger since the last visit was not got updated in the i94 system?

Please help to understand the pros & cons.

I think CBP site gives you an option to report and fix the travel dates. Did you try that option?
