Latest by when employer recieves the fee/intimation for H1B applications not gone through lottery

Hi,

Applied for H1B this year, Lottery is done on 10th April. Please clarify following points.

1, Latest by when USCIS will notify the employer about the application not selected in lottery and return the fee.

  1. If the application is selected, latest by when employer knows about the same for regular processing.

  1. Can’t say. It depends. U can keep hope till package is returned

  2. If selected, ur check is encashed / SEVIS is updated at DSO (for masters) / Mail is sent to attorney or employer
