Late entry to US after H-1 visa stamping

Hey guys,

I got my H1 stamping at the end of October, 2013. My daughter was born in November. I asked my employer for some time to prepare her documents and was therefore asked to start the job from March 2014.

I will therefore travel in last week of Feb to US. What type of documents from employer do I need to show on the border for the reasons given above.

Any thoughts?
