L2Drop box denied for daughter, what to do next?

Greetings. Me and my daughter have a single profile on CgiFederal and had applied for a L2 Blanket visa. We had a drop box appointment couple of days ago. My daughter’s application was rejected as her previous visa was obtained before she turned 14, and now she is 15. My application went through.

I now see that visa fee that we paid earlier is not reflected against my daughter’s profile too. It looks like I cannot make her the primary profile on this login. Is it ok to create a new profile for her, pay visa fee again and start looking for an appointment? Please guide.

You need not pay visa fee again. You should be able to use the same visa fee receipt ( if its single receipt for both).
Call VFS to get further guidance.
