I filed my L2 application with EAD on August 2019 and completed the biometrics that time, due to slow processing my employer filed for H1B (I had a previous unused H1B for one and half year). I sent an application for L2 withdrawal and my EAD was denied since status was changed to H1B.
Now my H1B has 6 months to max out and my husband has got his L1A approved. I checked my previous L2 case, that is still not withdrawn. Is there any mechanism to tell USCIS to ignore the withdrawal letter for my previous L2 ?
