L2 Visa interview without quiting current job

My husband holds L1 visa and i’m planning to travel with him L2 visa. Currently i’m working and planning to take a break from my current job.

Will I have any questions in visa interview regarding my current job? If I say I have taken a break in my career will it affect my visa processing.

Kindly suggest me some options.

Don’t you need to be married for L-2 visa? I don’t think you can apply as a fiance.

You will face questions like what you plan to do in US on L-2, what your spouse is doing in US on L-1. They usually don’t ask about your current job outside US.
