L2 visa holder can work even after L1 visa holder's assignment over?

HI,

I am on US L1-B visa in USA and have my wife with me on L2-dependent visa. My visa is valid for 3 years.Probably after 1.5 years I have to return back.



Please let me know if my wife can work on L2-dependent visa in USA even after L1 visa holder's assignment over?

Please advice.

No, she cannot. She should return to home country once your assignment is over.

Yes, saurabh is correct. L2 stems out of L1, so if L1 is off-status, L2 is off-status.
