After staying in US for two yrs on L1 husband’s visa was extended for two more yrs, his company applied for the ext…my L2 extension was not included with his…we were unaware of this till his was approved by which time I had overstayed for two months without applying for an ext. I returned to my home country n applied for an l2…it has been four months and my application is stuck in administrative processing…meanwhile husband got his visa stamped and daughters visa was also issued…wondering how long this processing takes n if overstay is causing the problem… What r the chances of rejection?
