I was on L1 , travelled to India for H1 stamping which was really not required for COS but i have travelled for personal reason and got the H1 stamped. But my family on L2 not travelled with me. Would it be any problem for my family since there status is L2 and it would be change automatically when i reach back there by sep-30?
