My husband’s L1 is expiring March and my L2 on feb23. I applied for extension today which is feb’11. I wish to travel to India maybe by the next month. Can you please tell if I can why my extension is in process?
Your extension will be abandoned once you leave as I-94 will be closed.
When is your L-2 visa stamp expiring? If you have to go for L-2 visa stamping, then you would need supporting L-1 documents. Will you have those?
