Seeking some advise here, my L2 EAD denial on the bases of my husband’s wrong I-129(H1B).However we are on L1B visa and we have submitted the I-129 of same.
I called the USCIS but they are asking to reopen the case. Did anyone faced similar issue? What woud be the next step now?
