Hi All
I am in L1-A visa and currently in US.
I have filed an Extension for me and my dependents in July and my case was approved in Sep 20 and my dependents case is still in “Case Was Received” status.
My dependents travelled to india in Oct for family medical emergency. My organization telling me that since they travelled out side of US while their visa extension is in progress, it will be become inactive and i need to file a new dependent visa from india.
someone please advise me on this case.
