Hello,

I had my company immigration lawyer applying for expedited L1B + NIE exception. And when I checked the status I find the following

Could you help by sharing your experiences as to what this expedited request date as shown in the attachment means? does it mean the embassy has a date for me but they are waiting for an appointment to be available or my immigration lawyer has chosen this date and means nothing. Thanks a lot!

Is the system screenshot related to your company ? Can you share the URL of the system you are showing ? It looks different… What country is it ?

It is from the Netherlands. I now have the answer to the question, the date means nothing. But I kept checking the available dates.
