My prior H1B visa’s 6 years period has maxed out a while back and I am now in the US on an L1B visa.
My i-140 is getting filled now. Can I change my employer after the i-140 approval by converting my visa status from L1B to H1B. Will I have to go through lottery process again if I change employer?
