L1B to H1B visa in 2015 year.

Hi

My L1B will be expired on 10 November 2015. My current I94 is till Feb 2017.

  1. Will my status will be changed to on 1st-October once H1B is approved instead of L1B?

2)Can I work legally on L1B with my current employer post 1st OCT, once my H1B is approved(with new employer) until I get project with my new employer?

  1. Can I work legally on I94 post L1B(NOV-2015) is expried with my current employer post 1st OCT, once my H1B is approved(with new employer) until I get project with my new employer?

  2. Will I94 will be changed once H1B petition will be approved on 1stOct?

5)Can I travel to India from Feb 2015 till Oct-2015 during L1B to H1B conversion time?

  1. If My H1B is not picked in lottery. Will it affect existing l1B visa?

  2. If H1B is not approved on 1st Oct & RFE comes then will I loose L1B visa?
