I’m on L1B visa with Company A working in US, Now CompanyB registered in 2024 H1B lottery and got selected in second lottery.
Can I do H1B filing with CompanyB now and get the petition approved, continue working in CompanyA and do Change Of Status (COS) later after 6-10 months?
