Hi, I was in US in L1B from 2007 till 2008. After that I got L1A stamped but didn’t travel in that visa. Later in Feb2014 I came back to US in H1B. (fresh h1b petition) and staying here in US now. I like to know whether my previous stay in L1B(2 yrs) will be counted towards the 6 years cap period for H1b .
So you left US in 2008 and then returned in 2014 on H-1B. In that case, your clock has been reset and original L-1 time is not counted towards 6 years cap.
