Hello All,
I am in L1B with company A and my extension got end of Aug 2014. Since I already have H1 approved from employer B last year would like switch on H1. As per my employer B I need to do amendment to activate my H1B.
Can some one sugest if this will cause any issue on amendment since L1 in RFE? Last date to respond for L1 on Oct 25th.
Any other possible issues, please do share.
