Hi,
I filed my L1b extension in November 2018 with premium processing, my lawyer got the email approval for this in early December but later on found in the hard copy that it is a consular approval and because of which my dependents extension got denied.
My company is telling me to go to India to visit consulate for stamping to validate this approval without which my stay is un-lawful (as my last I94 expired in November 2018).
Please let me know if I have any other option than visiting India and getting Visa stamped there, I am getting stamping dates only after 6 weeks in India.
