L1B case status from RFE to Initial Review

L1B individual petition was filed in March 2014. We received an RFE on March 26, 2014. We responded to the RFE on April 23, 2014. The USCIS website was saying “Request for Evidence” until May 6, 2014. From May 7, 2014 the case status has changed to “Initial Review” and have the below message. I am confused and worried. Do I have a good change to get my petition approved? Request response please.

Your Request for Premium Processing Service for your I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was received on May 7, 2014. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete

Probably just a glitch in the system. Most likely it means that they received the RFE respose on May 7th and are continuing the processing. The online case status system is not always accurate.

Do you know by when they will make a decision given that this is premium processing?

What happened to your case in the end? Was it a problem that your status was in initial review? How long did it take for you to get a decision?
