My L1-B blanket application got denied by visa officer in Ireland? I have been given a 214(b), and I just want to know if this is valid ? Only questions asked during the interview is related to my skill sets. I know 214(b) can not be appealed. Really appreciate any suggestions on next steps. Thank you
It is not very common to get 214(b) for L1 applications as they are dual intent visas and not non-immigrant visas…In general, you cannot really appeal…see below. What I can only think of is the first reason where the VO does not believe you fit the category or qualify for the same…which is very subjective. Check with your attorney on what can be done…
