Hi, I recrntly received pink slip for L1B visa interview at chennai. Can anyone suggest or advice how long it will take to get the clearance received for admin processing? Any chances of rejection in pink slip admin processing?
A pink form is issued when the VO suspects the information provided within the petition. This could be related to work, qualification or purpose of visit. Cases like these require additional administrative processing. If you receive a pink form, the VO will provide you with a reference ID where you can track the status of each application online.
It may take from few days to several weeks for the review and decision.
Normally if the VO needs additional information, they will let you know. Rejections are rare and happens when the provided information is deemed not supportive of the petition and VO feels the facts are misrepresented.
