I am filing RFE docs soon and my L1A Visa extension filing was in Oct 2019. The 240 days end on 6 th of June 2020.
What I can do in case of a denial or no decision on my Visa extension?
Is there any remedy since I can’t travel back because of Covid19 impact on international flights?
