I have a query regarding L1A to H1B. I have got my L1A visa on Sept 13. However, I came to USA on Jan 14. I have come and gone out USA of during these 6 years and I have about 300 unused days in these 6 years. Would I be eligible for applying H1B in 2019 cap. If so, how long would my H1B be valid and can I claim for unused days in these 6 years.
