Hello friends, Is it allowed to work remotely on L1A visa other than the location mentioned in the petition, pls let me know if any amendment has to be filed for the same if you are not on client location.
Or do we have to mention two locations in amendment?
Will it be an issue when USCIS visits the site.
L1 is subject to site visits so even if there is no LCA involved, your L1A petition should ideally be amended if you are working from a different location than the one mentioned in your petition.
Check with your immigration lawyer and they should be able to guide you.
