L1A condition
“Generally have been working for a qualifying organization abroad for one continuous year within the three years immediately preceding his or her admission to the United States”
Is this means employee should be in present company at least 3 years and 1 year as a manager?

No, it means you should hve worked at least 1 year as a manager within last three years before coming to the US.
