My employer submitted L1A Individual petition in August 2024, and USCIS issued two receipt notices at the time of submission. One of these notices indicated that the visa fees were waived based on a Blanket L Petition, even though my petition was submitted as Individual and not a blanket application.
I am confused by these two notices since my petition was filed as Individual, and there has been no response from USCIS for the last five months. Is it expected to receive two receipt numbers from USCIS for L1 Individual petition?
