Hi, im in L1A blanket and my visa got expired on oct 22 2016. I applied for extension and i got RFE. I have a personal reason and I’m planning to go back without applying the RFE. Would that be considered as withdrawal or my extension will be rejected. What will be the status if i was not able to answer for my extension RFE? Rejected or Withdrawal?
