With reference to above question, Please confirm below few things:

  1. My L1 and H1b Employers are different. If I plan to enter on L1 visa, with my current employer, Do I need any letter from L1 employer (other than my L1 petition documents) to show at immigration officer at port of entry or my L1 petition documents are enough?

I am planning to change status to H1 once I am back in US (after 3 weeks) and my H1 employer is fine with this.

It will be better to have an employment letter to confirm that you are still employed w/ them and they want you to return to US to work for them on L-1.
