we are currently holding L1 & L2 Visa’s and currently present in US… Also applied for H1 & H4 which were approved for the year 2012
I have a plan to travel to India sometime in september and return by last week of september… Will my travel is considered based on L1 or as the H’s are approved, i need to go for stamping?
