I am on L1b visa. My visa and I94 is expiring in mid of July 2013. Same company has applied for L1b to H1b (COS) and my name is selected in
lottery and its at intial review. My comapny has asked to file L1b extension to fill gap between mid July 2013 and 1st october 2013. I have following doubt
scenario 1:- My L1b extension is approved before 1st october 2013 and H1b is approved as COS but approved before L1b extension approval. Is there any issue?what will be my status on 1st october?
scenario 2:- My L1b extension is approved before 1st october 2013 and H1b is approved as COS but approved after L1b extension approval. Is there any issue?what will be my status on 1st october?
Scenario 3:- My L1b extension decision is pending on 1st october 2013 and H1b is approved as COS. so my comapany will withdraw L1b extension request. Is it okay?what will be my status on 1st october?
scenario 4:- My L1b extension is declined before 1st october 2013 and H1b is approved as COS , then I have to go back and can reenter after restamping. Am I rite?
Is there any other possibilty?
