L1 to H1 CoS - In Review - Travelling to London

Hi,

I am right now in US with L1-B where my L1 to H1 CoS in process (Initial Review) for this year. Now my client is asking me to travel to London for 2-3 Weeks and it would definitely be before Oct.

  1. If the petition is not approved by the time I travel or while I am re-entering US before Oct 1st, do I need to do stamping before the CoS effective date to start working?

  2. If the petition is getting approved while I am in London and I travel back before my CoS effective data, will there be any issues?
