L1 to H1 COS : 3 days gap between leaving L1B company to joining H1B company

Hi

I am currently on L1B with company A and I am moving to H1B with Company B with COS on 21st Feb.

Now 20th Feb is President day holiday in my company A so technically my last working day on L1B will be on 17th Feb so company A will give me an experience letter till 17th Feb.

I have following queries regarding this.

  1. Will there be any problem with my Green card application in future if my experience letter says I have worked till 17th Feb on L1B and my H1B was effective from 21st Feb, will I go out of status on paper ?

  2. How can I prove this ?
