L1 to H1 B chage in status

Hi Saurabh,

I am on L1b Visa and got this year-2014 in lottery with some other Consultant, and I want to ask my current employer to use this H1b visa, is that possible that without joining Consultant my current compant can use this H1b. please advice ASAP.

Yes they can use.Transfer H1B once approved to yor company
