My spouse H1 got approved in Sep 2013. After Her one got approved, Her employer Applied H4 for my daughter as my spouse dependent and we got the H4 filing receipt with dated Sep 30, 2013. My daughter H4 is yet to approved. Till Oct 22, 2013 I am on L1 and my daughter is on L2 status. On Oct 22, 2013 my H1 got approved. Is my daughter now out of status ? or As my daughter’s H4 is already filed with receipt dated Sep 30, 2013, that should be fine? In case if it is out of status what should we do now?. All we are staying in USA now. Please let me know as soon as possible.
