L1 Premium Approved and RFE still in pending Status

Hi Team,
I got a mail from my attorney stating that the “The California Service Center has approved the following I-129 Petition for NonimmigrantWorker that had been filed
under the Premium Processing Program”

Before this mail I got another mail stating that there is an RFE and i need to upload few documents for preparing the support letter.

Is my visa approved or is it still yet to be approved? how should i take it.

USCIS goes by the last action rule. Which was the latest mail or physical copy that came from USCIS ? If your RFE document came after the approval, then it is not approved…So, check the dates on the physical copies of the documents and then make a decision. Discuss with your attorney, they will know it. You can verify the dates on the copies as well.
