Hi,
I am getting a transfer to an offshore oilfield in US and for that my company is looking for L1 for me.
The question is whether one year tem will exclude my visits to Nations other than US. like i have been travelling to some countries for few weeks in past one year. Will that be included or excluded in 1 year or it has to be 1 year continuously in India.
