Hi,
My L1 has been expired but i am on I-94 which is valid till Oct 2016. My wife is on L2. Now My company processed my H1 and it got selected. Our company policy is to travel back to India to stamp H1 before i start on H1.
My Wife also got H1 from some consultant.
My question is that If i travel back to india, does she need to travel with me since she is on L2? Or she can stay here since her H1 is approved?
