L1 A - Dropbox appointment

I appeared for L1 A visa Dropbox appointment in early Nov, 2022. Current status is Case Received.

As L1 A is intra company transfer from India to US entity, I did interpret the “Employment Confirmation letter” as the document issued by US entity to confirm the employment.

So I submitted only that letter and was not carrying the employment confirmation letter issued by Indian Entity.

Now I am confused and not sure if Employment confirmation letter is mandatory for L1. If yes what are the possible next steps? Can i submit that letter now?

Any help would be appreciated.

At this point, you just need to wait for response from the consulate. If they need any further documents, they will issue 221g and request additional information.
