L 2 Visa Business Startup

I came to the US on a L1 Visa and my spouse came with an L2 Visa and I was assisted in the paperwork by Zencode Jaipur.

My spouse is now getting offers for setting up a small business but I am being told that it will not be possible for us to set up a business on an L2 and my consultant in Jaipur has confirmed it.

Is there a way out of this logjam ?

L2 and H4 EAD holder has no restrictions for employment. You can work for o e or more employers at the same time, be self-employed or start their own business.
Consult a good immigration lawyer and they should be able to guide you.
