We got married recently in February. I moved back to USA. My wife needs to apply for H4 Visa. I want to know if Kolkata embassy is open for stamping and also what is the process for emergency application.
We have already filled DS 160. Do we schedule Visa interview date first? and then email them for emergency processing?
