I dont have any VISA.

I’m a experienced software profesional, how can I go to USA and search job.?

how much initially does it cost.? is there any consultancy whom I can believe?

There is no such VISA, where U can go to US and search Job…

H1 is a VISA, which employers sponsor… U can get H1 only if u got a job in US and Employer file H1 for U

Hi Try F1 visa. thats what many people do. enroll for masters. You can study and get a US degree which makes it easier for job hunt in US. Simultaniously you can look for job as well while you study. you can work on CPT/OPT then can file H1B once you find good employer.
