Job Change when H1B Transfer in progress

Hi ,

I received fresh H1B approval on 30th Nov 2013 ( 65K quota for 2013-2014). Currently i am into job and my H1B transfer is filed ( In progress) . My Question is -

Can i change job with different company/Consultancy while my H1B transfer is in progress with other consultancy ?

What will happen to my current H1B transfter if I change job with other consultancy and they also intiate h1B transfer ?

You should cancel the exisitng transfer request before initiating new transfer request.

OR wait it out for its approval and then transfer again.

Gosh, why so many transfers in so short period of time??
