I had dropbox for j1 on 20 may and on 26 may status changed to refused but my passport is still with us embassy. I have not received any mail or email from embassy so far. what should I do ?
This is normal. If all is fine, it will show issued status in few days.
I guess yeah but I called VAC and they said it is under process but they didn’t know wether is it under normal process or administrative process?. and “refused means it is refused under 221g” but I have not received 221g letter from them. so it is very confusing right now.
If you didn’t receive 221g you have nothing to worry, just wait.
