Issue with my PG certificates

Can you please have attention on my question…!

My h1 got approved in 2023 and I was ready to go for the interview but all of sudden I heard about my PG university involved in scam and I used my PG certificate for the H1b.

If I go for the interview, does it create a any problem…?

Else, Shell I go for the new lottery, without my PG document? If I go for the new does it create any issue in the feature.

This depends on the consular officer and whether they will try to validate your degree.

I dont see any reason you need to reapply again in lottery unless your H1B is revoked by USCIS on request from the consulate for whatever reason.
