I am trying to pull data for my parents from pervious scheduling portal, but I cannot seem to login with the same credentials. I am not able to use Start application after creating a new account because it gives the error - this passport details have already been used, please use forget password option.
I am stuck, please help.
Nevermind, this was resolved. Remember to put the previous email id while creating and verifying a new account.
