I have applied for H1 B visa in 2008 and i got a query which the peterioner did not respond for the query. Will there be any problems if I apply for H1B for 2016?
Will I get any questions/queries asking for the past H1 B query? Will they ask regarding the past H1B Petetion? Can I tell genuinely that the petetioner did not respond for the query. WIll there be any affect for this time? Please let me know your inputs/aswers.
