I have not yet recieved any receipt number from my employer, nor received any confirmation that my package has been received. So just worried what happened to my case. Also, I hear that there are some in waiting list too, is this true? If yes, till when they decide for them?
There is no information on a separate wait-list published this year. Even if there are applications in wait-list, USCIS has to inform those employers and cannot leave any employer uninformed. Your employer can follow-up w/ USCIS about your petition.
