I’m a Syrian IT professional and I’m searching for a job in the US and I’m willing to take H1B visa so my question is, is there any restrictions on any specific nationals especially Syrian nationals for granting H1B visa?

H1B and Visa : when you separate these two, Any restrictions on general visa issuance principles would equally be applied on H1B VISA also. But the H1B class point of view, there should be no restrictions by being a particular nationality. But by any luck, if you are able to get H1B visa, there are very good chances of your permanent stay options in United States.
